Experienced Delphi Developer

We have VCL Delphi 6 applications that need to be converted to FireMonkey Delphi 10.3. The applications are around the Retail Industry, like POS (Point of Sale Application), Mobile POS, Payment Applications, etc..
The databases used are MSSQL and Oracle.
