Erros when upgrading from Delphi 2005 to Embarcadero Delphi 10.4 Community Edition

I am attempting to upgrade my current software package written in Delphi 2005 to the latest version of Embarcadero Delphi, there have been a few issues with getting older packages associated with the software and we have resolved these by upgrades of the packages. Also certain code that was pretty old that needs slight changes to the lines that are written.
When Compiling the project on the latest version of Embarcadero Delphi 10.4 Community Edition (used here so that we may identify all packages that are required before purchasing the full licence) I am having the following problems. Even after enabling “Runtime Packages” at the time of Compiling.

1. Intraweb – this program is constantly used the original Delphi Code programs and I have upgraded to the latest version, but when compiling it says that it needs the older version.
2. [dcc32 Fatal Error] E2202 Required package 'bdertl' not found –
This I have reviewed in forums and with feedback from these forums that says that this is no longer shipped with the IDE, but I cannot find a resource where I can then download to install so I may rectify the error.

The Errors after compilation stop here, but I am sure if this is cleared then there may be other errors.

Advise on the rectifying or direction to take to fix these problems is greatly appreciated.
