Develop a custom SynEdit Highlighter for PlantUML

Hi, I need a syntax highlighter for PlantUML (https://plantuml.com/) code , to install into TSynEdit (https://github.com/SynEdit/SynEdit) Delphi component (https://github.com/SynEdit/SynEdit/wiki/How-to- create-new-highlighters). You can rely on that to do, you must recognize the reserved words and syntax (@startuml, <style>, stateDiagram, ->, -->, etc). Also to highlight different text strings, symbols, numbers, etc. Ideally, this work has already been done, so it will be easy. If you have to learn from zero it may not be worth the money paid. When you have it done, you send me a small example program where I can write PlantUML code and check that the syntax is highlighted correctly, in that case, I will make the payment and then you send me the Delphi code (pas unit).
