Delphi images viewer

I need to create simple application that display all the images in a specific folder (see sample attached)

Then I should be able to delete specific pictures
And rotate others

I need to have a list for the pictures who deleted, and a list for the ones were rotated (2 different list)

I need this ASAP, so if you can do it in the next 2 days - please don't bid !
