Delphi XE2 TidUDPServer-TidUDPClient example project -- 2

I need an example VERY SIMPLE project for Delphi XE2 for TidUDPServer-TidUDPClient - just communicate between each one of them. Something that will take 5 minutes to person who know how to do it.
