Delphi POS Card Transaction System Development

I need a skilled developer to add a new provider DLL to our existing webserver to process electronic card transactions for linked Point of Sale (POS) using Delphi. The system should support credit and debit card transactions and uses ElevateDB for transaction logs and settings etc and as the database management system. Ecosystem has existing providers that use a common structure. A provider connects to a specified payment gateway

Key Requirements:
- Integration of credit and debit card processing
- Use of ElevateDB for all database operations
- Strong knowledge of Delphi, IP communications, and DevExpress components, multithreading

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing POS systems
- Expertise in Delphi programming and ElevateDB
- Familiarity with IP communications protocols
- Proficient in using DevExpress for UI development
