Delphi: PDF Text Extraction
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a function or a class implemented in Delphi 10 (or compatible), that takes as an input a filename to a PDF file and outputs a TStringList containing the strings from the PDF file.
Attached are sample PDF files that it should be able handle.
Please notice the implementation must not use any third party DLL or third party programs. For example, you cannot use Adobe Acrobat Reader or anything like that. The solution must work by reading and parsing the PDF file within the Delphi code. You can use third party Delphi libraries, if you approve those libraries with me before using them.
