Delphi Firemonkey image selection and crop

Hello,
I would need a code example in Delphi Firemonkey to view a photo taken from the roll of film (or taken) of the smartphone and with a rectangle select a part and crop it.
Everything must respect the proportions. (I will be more precise for the measurements)
I've attached some screenshots to understand what the final solution might look like.
The source must work with both iOS and Android.
The final resolution of image cropped is 2480px x 1748px
The project must be create with last delphi 10.4.2
