Delphi 7 Database Creation and XLS-export

I need a project, created on Borland Delphi 7, which gets an XML-file (example attached) and creates TClientDataSet database from it. Then sort it by MARKETPLACE and TRANSACTION_TYPE node and then creates XLS-file with different sheets. Sheets has to be named with the different MARKETPLACE names and has to contain data only from the specific MARKETPLACE.
