Delphi Chatbox VCL

The project is to add a simple chat functionality to our Delphi VCL client application, but since Delphi doesn't have a native Chatbox we'll need a VCL chatbox like those on smartphones.



The chat dialog must present:
Time of message
Who sent the message (initials)
Who sent the message (full name) as mouse over tooltip on the message.
The text message it self of course.
Support for subset of emojis (not a full set)
Coloring to differentiation between sent and received.
