Delphi Application for Picture Processing

I have thousands of pictures stored in Box.net. I need a Delphi application that will display all these photos in a grid so a user can select a specific picture. There should be an edit box where the user can enter text and a button that when clicked should take the selected picture, rename it to the text from the textbox and store it in a specified path on the user's local computer.
