Delete printer spooler written in Delphi

Write a 2 Delphi functions
Write a Delphi procedure to delete printer spool of all the jobs.
Options to be send as parameters :
Delete all Jobs, Delete all but not the last job.
By default this should work on the Default printer, but should be able to send as a parameter a other printer
Next function should just return the number of print jobs in spooler without deleting them.
Should work with Delphi 10.3 and above
