Custom Online Live Stream to IVR Conversion
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for someone who can create a program that can convert online live streams from TV websites into a format compatible with an IVR phone system.
When calling in the IVR, it should say fot example: for CNN press 1, for CBS press 2, for Fox News press 3, etc... when selecting a number it should start plying the audio of that live stream.
would need a back-end interface to add or change streams.
Key Requirements:
- The program must be able to fetch and convert live streams from any TV website.
- The converted stream should be compatible with an IVR phone system.
- Program to be written in Delphi language
Ideal Skills:
- Understanding of audio and streaming protocols
- Experience with IVR phone systems
Please note that all components and plugins used in this program should be free. I'm open to suggestions on how best to achieve this and am looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills.
