Create an Enigma Protector dll Plugin in Delphi to check licence online

I need a dll which works with enigma protector.
The dll should make a connection (e.g post/get request) to my website and send its hardware ID (Hardware ID is generated by Enigma Protector itself). If my server sends a response that this hardware ID is a Banned Hardware ID, close the app, show a Msgbox and unregister the software.
Since my software works offline too, If no connection to my server, Continue executing the exe.
This check should work in a loop every 10 minutes till the software is closed.

I will also provide Delphi source codes of other unrelated plugins which are provided by Registered Enigma protector just for reference.
In short, all you need to code is

If the request returns with a return "true", Show msgbox, exit app, Unregister app.
