Each run is scheduled for the same weekday, with pickup at 7 a.m. so shelves are stocked before store opening. You’ll receive a simple manifest, addresses, and contact names in advance, plus digital POD forms to sign on-site. Timeliness and careful handling are crucial; frozen and chilled products must arrive in saleable condition, so a clean, temperature-controlled van is essential.
