Small Claims Court Papers Delivery
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need someone to hand deliver small claims court papers to a defendant. As the plaintiff, I cannot do it myself and need a third party.
Requirements:
- Hand deliver papers face-to-face to the defendant, or to a roommate at the same address
- Sign a court form verifying legal delivery of the papers
- Be able to travel to the house located near the Highland entrance to Cal Poly
Ideal Skills:
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Good communication skills
Service preferably during evening hours (4 PM - 8 PM) and need notification within a few hours after delivery. We might need to coordinate multiple attempts if no one answers the door on the first try.
