Oracle Delivery Lead
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
Role & Responsibilities:
•Lead Oracle Fusion implementation engagement and provide engagement leadership by acting as liaison between delivery team and customers
•As a delivery lead, you will need to thrive in a team setting where creativity and analytical skills can be used to decimate challenges
•As a delivery lead, you should have strong communication and management skills to bring out best in the team members
•Own development of plan to review and manage client expectations throughout delivery and ensure the deliverables are in line with client expectations
•Assess engagement performance, risks, issues and impact on solution and service delivery commitments and client relationships
•End to end delivery as per the customers requirement
•As a delivery lead, be responsible for keeping multiple projects on track for the company and ensuring they are completed on time and according to requirements
•Execute project governance reviews within an evolving governance review process
•Work to improve account & project governance review processes across project types
•Support the continuing development and improvement of Transitials’ project delivery methodologies across project types
•Collaborate with key leaders to assist in prioritization and creation of standardized templates and to gather input from project team members
•Assist in standardization and establishment of best practices across management and functional areas within delivery
•Collaborate to offer best-in-class enablement for our delivery team members
•Assist in executing a plan to build awareness and understanding of Transitials’ methodologies and the aligned governance structures
•Ensure continuous upskilling of the delivery team
Functional Skills
Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources, and ability to fully understand technical solutions
Can demonstrate capability of owning delivery across Fusion HCM, Finance, PPM and other modules
Have a strong hands-on experience as techno-functional in Fusion
Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, project management expertise, and process methodology
Has led multiple Oracle Fusion project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using fusion APIs, and requiring original code development
Understanding of various types of licenses
Understanding of issue management and oracle service request process
Has network of oracle connects to get the right focus on product specific roadblocks
Understanding strategies to build an optimized and high-performing solution
Must have led multiple Fusion full implementations that include integrations with other applications like SAP, SharePoint and other specialised SAAS applications
Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture, integration architecture, and possess the ability to recommend solutions to customers with confidence
Strong communication skills and ability to speak about the platform in front of any executive team
Must possess the ability to design solutions impromptu, on the fly
Must have a solid understanding of CI/CD solutions
Oracle fusion Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect)
Experience working on other technology platforms like SAP, Azure, Oracle, MS Dynamics etc
Solid understanding of PaaS & OIC platform
Understand mobile platforms and considerations
Must have team management experience and should have at least managed fusion technical and functional teams directly
Familiarity with Fusion architecture and Fusion development methodologies
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge of all components of an enterprise technical architecture
Excellent understanding of application development methodologies and infrastructure and network architecture
Should have run transformation projects and operations
Track record of end-to-end execution of fusion projects
