Hand-Deliver Letter in Lüleburgaz

I need someone based in Turke - ideally in Lüleburgaz or the surrounding area - to hand-deliver a sealed letter on my behalf. Here is the flow I have in mind:
1. I will post the letter to your address once we start.
2. Within a week of receiving it, you’ll visit the recipient’s address and personally hand the envelope to them. The recipient is not expecting this delivery, so a polite explanation that you are simply passing on a personal letter will be helpful.
3. When delivering letters, take a clear photo of the recipient's hand as proof of delivery. Make sure the photo is respectful and comfortable for the recipient to take the photo.
4. Send me the photo immediately after completion and confirm any brief details about how the handoff went.
That’s all there is to it - no complex paperwork, just punctuality, professionalism, and a friendly manner. If you live a bit outside Lüleburgaz but can still travel there easily, let me know your approximate location and any travel constraints in your bid.
