Food Delivery Drivers Rs15/Km

I’m setting up a hyper-local food delivery service and need reliable riders who can work on a straightforward pay structure: ₹15 per kilometre with a ₹15 minimum for every completed drop. All orders will reach you by phone call—no app distractions—so you only need a bike, a working smartphone for location sharing, and the ability to respond quickly when I ring.

Here’s how the job works:
• Pick up meals from partner restaurants, deliver to the customer, and collect payment when it’s a Cash on Delivery order.
• Share live location or a quick status update so I can keep the customer informed; simple WhatsApp tracking is fine.
• Note the start and end odometer readings for each run so we can settle distance payments accurately.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Every delivery handed over within the promised time window agreed during the call.
2. Odometer readings recorded and photographed at pickup and drop-off.
3. If it’s a COD order, cash is returned to me the same day or settled digitally with proof of transfer.
4. A brief delivery summary (customer name, kms covered, time) messaged after each job.
