Experienced Local Box Truck Driver Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a reliable driver to take the wheel of my 26-foot box truck for strictly local runs. You’ll be moving general goods from our warehouse to retail partners and small distribution points around town, so everything happens within a day’s radius—no overnight hauls, no long stretches away from home.
A clean, valid CDL (Class B or higher) and a solid record of safe, on-time deliveries are essential. You should already be comfortable handling liftgate operations, basic load securement, and the usual pre-trip inspections that keep us DOT-compliant. I provide the truck, fuel card, pallet jack, and all routing details; you bring the skill, professionalism, and a customer-friendly attitude when you’re handing off freight.
Typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, first light to late afternoon depending on traffic and stop count. I’ll need electronic logs and proof-of-delivery signatures uploaded daily—your smartphone with standard GPS and scanning apps will do the trick.
If you value safety, know how to maneuver a box truck through tight city streets, and can treat each shipment like it’s your own, let’s talk and get you on the road this week.
