many-to-many LSTM for text generation

I am working on a project where in i have two main tasks : one is to classify sentence as negative or positive (grammatically and not sentiment analysis) and second is to generate output for any give user input for example : input:he is a boy output: he is not a boy.
the first task is one . i need help with the second task .
i have the dataset prepared and the incomplete code
