deep learning based (text to video conversion web based tool)
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
we want someone who can build a web-based tool for me.
Tool specification:
- Text to video conversion.
How it should work:
- user should have an option to select a human like character , their preferred language, their preferred voice and background for the video.
- then when user provide text in a text box that text should be spoken by the character in the selected voice and language.
- user should be able to export this video as mp4
- Part-2 : user should be able to create their own character and voice sample (automated) just by uploading their 5 min video sample and a voice sample.
