AI application for video analysis and generating meta data

We need to build a tool to analyze a dataset of video files that we have in a video hosting site.

Deliverables:
- Assigning tags to videos
- Adding timecodes to video files based on activity
- Identifying the number of people in the video and using face recognition on them
- A tool to cut long videos (more than 40 mins) into short clips (8-12 mins) without losing relevance
- Choose the right moment for thumbnail generation based on the metadata of the video generated in the first 3 deliverables
- Title generation for the video based on content (nothing fancy, can follow a number of preset templates)
