algorithmic trading

Hello! I'm seeking someone to create algorithmic trading strategies based in deep learning for my needs. My focus is on CFDs (mainly US Tech 100 index). I'm also looking for a solution that provides backtesting for these strategies (need to have a success rate >90%).
