Voice Cloner

Hello, I am looking for a source code Training code + model deployed in a flask app.
I am looking for a Voice cloner, not a real-time one.

This notebook contains info about Tacotron 2 model but it was a little robotic.
The requirements are just that:
1. IT should have clean output not necessarily as good as vocoders but fluency ( If applying vocoder on top it willing to pay extra)
2. I want to use it in the future where if I give it a text it returns converted audio with download option or return audio encoded in JSON.
Please note I don't want to use the model in real-time If it takes 10 minutes even to generate the voice It will be fine.
I have to submit a project by end of July . There are no extra criteria for evaluations. Also, You don't need to prepare any separate documentation etc.
