Using Deep Learning Model For Energy Dissaggregation on REFIT or UK-DALE Dataset

I am looking for experienced professionals to develop a deep learning model and apply it to energy disaggregation. For this project, I need a model which can use either UK-DALE or REFIT dataset and employ a recurrent neural network architecture or CNN like ResNet, GAN, or Sequence2point. The project should measure performance using F1-Score as the metric. If you are experienced and confident in your ability to develop a deep-learning model for energy disaggregation, I would like to hear from you.
