Unrestricted Deepfake Video Generator
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I already have full permission from the people in the source photographs and want to create short deepfake clips for a private collection. What I need is a self-hosted AI workflow that turns a handful of still images into smooth, high-resolution videos with believable facial expressions—no voice track required—and without any adult-content moderation filters getting in the way.
You are free to build with DeepFaceLab, Stable Diffusion + Deforum, FaceSwap, or any comparable open-source stack, as long as the final solution runs locally and never pings an outside service that might block or flag the output. The workflow should accept 1–5 photos and return a 10–30 second MP4 at 1080p or better, with crisp detailing and natural eye, mouth, and head movement.
Deliverables
• Complete, runnable code (Docker image or clear setup script)
• All model checkpoints or download links
• Step-by-step instructions from install to render
• One sample clip generated from my test images that matches the quality and freedom from moderation described above
The project is complete when I can execute a single command, point to a folder of images, and receive a finished video that meets the resolution and realism targets without any moderation barriers.
