Train U-Net network using specific data set

I have data set of approximately 1200 labeled image of road segment. I want to train U-Net network (using pytorch) to detect the different type of vehicles and returns binary images with the center of each detected vehicle and the type of these vehicles (two wheels, three wheel, car and heavy vehicles) according to there areas.
