About the Role
As our new AI Specialist, you will be a key player in developing next-generation digital solutions. You will work closely with leadership and fellow developers to:
Design, develop, and implement AI models that create real business value.
Enhance and optimize algorithms for large datasets and complex processes.
Build robust systems combining machine learning, data analysis, and automation.
Contribute strategically to how AI can strengthen our customers’ competitive advantage.
Take part in building a European technology journey with its foundation in Norway – from wherever you are located.
Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent, specializing in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Proven expertise in advanced programming (Python, C++, Java, or similar).
Strong competence in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent).
Experience with algorithm development, big data, and cloud platforms.
Ability to combine theoretical expertise with practical solutions.
