AI Smart Mirror Development

I’m building an AI-powered smart mirror that does far more than display the time. The device must integrate a camera, on-board image processing, and a voice-controlled personal assistant so that it becomes an everyday coach, stylist, and smart-home hub.
Core functionality
• Health & wellness suite – posture detection via real-time pose estimation, skin analysis for daily complexion tracking, and scheduled fitness reminders that adjust to my calendar.
• Style intelligence – real-time outfit suggestions and context-aware recommendations based on weather, events, or wardrobe history.
• Custom AI agent – spoken conversation, personalized routines, smart-home control (lights, thermostat, music), plus headline news and other bite-sized content delivered while the mirror is idle.
What I need from you
1. A working prototype running on readily available hardware (Raspberry Pi, Jetson, or similar) with integrated camera and microphone.
2. Image-processing pipelines built with Python/OpenCV and your preferred deep-learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) to power posture and skin analysis.
3. A conversational layer—either custom NLP or an integration with Alexa/Google—that ties everything together by voice.
4. Modular codebase, clear wiring diagrams, and step-by-step setup docs so I can reproduce the build.
5. A concise demo video showcasing each feature in action.
Acceptance criteria
• Mirror recognises an individual, offers an outfit suggestion, and adjusts the advice when a weather variable is simulated.
• Posture alerts trigger correctly while the user stands in front of the glass for 30 seconds.
• Voice command “start my morning routine” turns on kitchen lights (simulated API call) and reads top news headlines.
• All source code, model weights, and documentation delivered in a private repository.
