Senior Product Manager Needed

We are Swiss tech company, looking for a Senior Product Manager & Requirement Engineer with a strong AI background to lead innovative product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), APIs, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and will be responsible for integrating these technologies into cutting-edge AI-driven products.
Responsibilities:
*Define AI Product Vision: Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for our AI initiatives, aligning them with overall company objectives.
*Roadmap Development: Create and manage a data-driven product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market needs, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
*Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with data science, ML engineering, software development, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
*Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI-powered innovation.
*Requirement Definition: Translate complex business needs and user insights into clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and specifications for the engineering teams.
*Product Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Design Docs, and AI Model Documentation.
Skill Requirements:
*AI & ML Expertise: Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI APIs, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
*Programming Proficiency: Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch), AI API integration, and AI Model deployment.
*Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure AI, OpenAI, Hugging Face, and other AI services.
*Project Management Tools: Familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
*Agile Methodology: Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
Qualifications:
*4+ years of product management experience with a minimum of 2 years in a role focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
