Seamless Deepfake Face Replacement
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have a short movie segment—between one and five minutes long—that needs a frame-accurate deepfake treatment. The goal is to replace the original actor’s face with another face so convincingly that expressions, eye lines, lighting, and skin tones all match the surrounding footage in every shot.
Here’s the scope as I see it:
• I’ll supply the clip in its original resolution along with high-quality reference material for the new face (or we can discuss sourcing if something extra is required).
• Your task is to train and fine-tune a model, composite the replacement seamlessly, and deliver a polished, ready-to-screen video with synced audio intact.
• Please keep all motion blur, grain, and color grading consistent with the source so the swap is invisible on playback.
Deliverables
1. Final video export in the same resolution and frame rate as the source (plus a ProRes or lossless version for archive).
2. Project files or model weights so the work can be updated later if needed.
3. A brief note on the workflow, run times, and any software versions used (e.g., DeepFaceLab, FaceSwap, After Effects).
