Reworking old (LSTM)TF1 code to TF2.0
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
The model is based on an already existing model. The existing model is written in TF 1 and is out dated.
The project would consist of writing a new code that fulfills the same function, is more readable, elminating obsolete code, using TF2.0 and training it on text data using kmer embedding processing and getting it to predict. Following the same workflow as the original code.
We would need the code to work correctly, we have a model and a dataset present from FTP site to be downloaded but are facing problems in making it using TF 2. The code will be shared and any other resources or information to make it easy.
Price will be discussed and agreed on as a total value.
