Need Pattern recognition expert to advise on Classification of Mammogram images

Dears,

I am currently working on a project of "Classification breast cancer of Mammogram images using deep learning"
I am using different publically datasets like
CBIS -DDSM
InBreast
.. etc

I need someone to advise how to train the network using ROIs , specially that the single image contains many rois not only one.
