Looking for Computer vision and Deep learning Developer

Hello Freelance Team,
I am looking for developer to program deep learning solution, it is for classifying disease into multi labels
The work is for research , so keep enhancing the code / idea and explore results will be continues.
The work will be include below tasks
1. Prepare 4 different datasets , the datasets are public available in the website but
some work should be done like
1.1 preprocessing the data
1.2 extracting ROIs
1.3 analysing the data
1.4 restructure the labels
.. etc
2. re-implement pipeline research paper ( follow exact steps they worked on it)
3. Implement new solution (provided by me )
4. Enhancing the method by applying different solutions that I will provide
5. Keep Enhancing the new model until we reach the goal.
Qualification requirements:
1. Expert in research
2. Expert in programming
3. Expert in computer vision and deep learning
4. Expert in multi-label classification, CNN , RNN , etc.
The way of Work
Give the weekly meeting on the progress and explain the code and what you exactly did to me.
