Language model

I would like to contract someone to build me a neural network language model that can process English language data. I believe the size of my dataset is small. I would like the service provider to create a language model that can understand the rules of the language and apply them accurately. I would like the end product to be capable of producing sound language models out of my data with accuracy.

Model needs to be trained on text8 corpus using word2vec and glove embeddings.
