Handwritten recognition system using TensorFlow -- 2

Dear freelancer , we need a help to create a model that will be able to recognise and determine Kannada Handwritten Characters from its image by using the concepts of Convolution Neural Network(CNN), Recurrent NN (RNN) layers and a final Connectionist Temporal Classification (CTC) layer in letters and an individual’s handwriting.
