AI Face Swap Movie Clip

I have an HD movie excerpt that runs just under three minutes, and I’d like three on-screen face seamlessly replaced with friends of mine. I’ll supply high-resolution reference photos for each person plus the original clip; what I need back is the finished video, same resolution and audio, with the new faces blended convincingly so expressions, lighting, and lip-sync feel natural.

Please use whichever AI or deep-learning tools you prefer (DeepFaceLab, FaceSwap, Roop, Stable Diffusion, etc.) so long as the final result holds up when viewed frame-by-frame. If color-grading adjustments or light retouching help the composite look more realistic, include those as well.

Acceptance criteria:
• All target faces are consistently swapped throughout the clip
• No visible warping, blur, or “jitter” around facial edges
• Original audio, pacing, and timing remain intact
• Delivered in the same HD format as supplied (MP4 or MOV) along with a short note on the workflow used
