Develop ML Model for UI Image Classification

Develop (perhaps TensorFlow) models to identify which language is being used (Ex: Spanish, English) on a mobile device. Create tooling for and create a dataset with labels of UI images for both training and validation. Create, train and validate a model, and then visualize the training results. Show accuracy is above 90%.
