Design of AI Enabled Framework for Multimodal Stress Detection with data fusions

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to develop an effective stress detection model using multimodal data fusion.
The ideal freelancer should have an in-depth knowledge and experience with machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forest, and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN). Preference would be given to candidates with expertise in deep learning.
I do not have access to the required multimodal data for this project, and will need assistance in obtaining it. The desired outcome of this project is both a research paper and a working model.
