Deep learning text-to-image project

I am looking for a developer to help create a deep learning project that can generate images from text and text from images. It should also be able to generate comic strips according to the story description. I have a basic understanding of deep learning and need someone with more expertise and knowledge to create a reliable system that I can use. In addition to creating the system, I would require detailed documentation explaining the code that has been used and the blackbook as well. This way I can understand how the system was put together and use the same techniques in my own projects. I look forward to hearing from you!
