Deep learning model to detect whether a face is veil or not

i need a deep learning model to check whether a face is veil or not.
1) it should detect that his face is clear without any veil infront of his face (eyes, mouth etc...)
2) it should detect full face without any veil (just like you need the person face for an ID card etc..)
