Deep learning for classifying Medical images
Budget: $1,000 – $3,000 USD
Dear All,
I am looking for PhD person with research interest in computer vision to handle the technical(implementation) part for the research.
The research is about "Multi-Label Classification" of medical images.
The research is included but not limited to
1. Preparing the datasets ( 4 different datasets ) , extract ROIs , preprocessing, segmentation ,, etc
2. feature extraction using many techniques
3. RNN / LTSM
4. Custom CNN will be also used
5. applying many training strategies to train/ test the model
6. will implement some solutions proposed in research papers.
7. Matlab is also preferred but I can switch to python if I found that it is easier and worth.
8. The project duration is not less than 6 months.
Phd / Researcher person is required.
person who have previous experience in the filed of medical images is preferred.
person who have publications in deep learning also preferred.
I need to have regular sessions to discuss the progress , to explain to to me the codes , etc
