Deep Reinforcement Learning with Blockchain - Proof of Concept project
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Looking for an experienced developer for a 1–3-month project. Must be experienced with Deep Reinforcement Learning technique and algorithm, Blockchain development and Cloud Computing.
The project is to implement a proof-of-concept solution, the attached file has the detailed idea that need to be implemented. We need to implement the same concept but with some modifications:
1- We need to use multiple clouds combined as a federated cloud. This federated cloud will be used as the infrastructure for the Blockchain platform to be implemented.
2- The implementation will not be built for video transcoding, instead, we will use any compute intensive jobs (or tasks) that require huge data sets to learn from.
3- The solution could be a simulation project that can be modified with particular parameters, attributes or inputs to allow for different simulation results and later modifications.

Required Experience:
Graphics design experience is a plus but not required for this project, however, we will need to view the results in a clear and good way. The UI goal of our project is to take a highly technical and difficult results and translate that into a intuitive, and functional interface.
Experience in making datasets recommendations
Experience with Blockchain consensus mechanisms
Prior experience with Cloud providers APIs is a plus
Experience in simulation tools and platforms.
