Covid-19 Prediction using CNN chest x-ray images

I need a full project where CNN model will be used to predict Covid 19 Positive and Negative using chest x-ray images.
***I don't have any trained dataset. You need start from the beginning. # Collect the dataset # Preprocess data # Train and build the model with visualization and accuracy rate.
1. GoogleColab notebook should be used. In the project the model needs to have maximum accuracy and low validation loss.
2. Overfitting should be solved and you need to describe how the overfitting was solved and how it helped to gain the maximum accuracy and why it caused loss of training and validation accuracy in the project.
3. Accuracy rate and validation rate needs to be shown to see how much is the accuracy and how much is the loss for our trained model. Graphs and plots and other visualization needs to be shown in colab notebook.
4. A webapp with basic interface needs to be designed it can be on localhost. In the webapp we can upload images of covid negative and positive from the dataset that was created and in the interface it'll show us if the image uploaded is covid negative or positive.
5. One thing to make sure is the exception. If we upload images other than chest x-ray positive or negative such as human, dogs, flowers etc our webapp needs to show that the uploaded image is invalid or the prediction can't happen since it's not covid chest x-ray image.
6. Voice record - You need to explain the whole code in which line what is happening and why that is the result of the trained model , why we're getting that much accuracy and how you applied overfitting and as well as why in the webapp invalid is shown when we upload different images. All of it in a voice recording video. Also how to run the code and the webapp needs to be voice recorded.
7. A basic summary report needs to be written where the work procedure is explained step by step.
8. If I get any issue or errors while running you need to help me to solve it.
