Conditional variational autoencoder

Hi, I’m looking for someone expert in deep learning and Pytorch. The project is of a post graduate level so it indeed needs an expert. Also, some pieces of the puzzle are missing thus I need someone to guide and suggest.

As title, the basic block is a variational autoencoder.
