Build me an image classifier

I want to build a model that can recognize alphabets and math equation differently. Just like if I give the model the below image it should give me the coordinates of the alphabets as well as the coordinates of the mathematical equation, and should predict what is in the coordinate if it is an equation or any alphabet. So that I can crop the coordinate using open-cv. Details will be discussed.
