Build a Deep learning Based over-sampling model to treat class-imbalance -- 2

Am currently doing a project on predicting client's loan repayment capabilities. The data comes with a huge class imbalance. Normally, people use over sampling and undersampling. Here am looking for someone to help me solve this problem using deeplearning. Its like generating data using deep learning. I have a research paper that clearly explains the process. Need someone to implement it
