Build a Deep learning Based over-sampling model to treat class-imbalance

Am currently doing a project on predicting client's loan repayment capabilities. The data comes with a huge class imbalance. Normally, people use over sampling and undersampling. Here am looking for someone to help me solve this problem using deeplearning.
