Build me a CapsNet AI for identifying poop

I need someone to create/develop/train/whateverterm/make a Capsule Network-based deep learning thing that classifies an images of human poop according to Bristol Stool Scale. Make it as simple stupid as you can in what easy language is neccessary. Copy an existing network if there exists, just get it done. Sorry, it's my first time working on this stuff and I don't know the pricing.

This proect is basically the paper below but instead of CNN, it's CapsNet.
